- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
