Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 ounces mixed salad greens
  • 12 ounces fresh raspberries (2 cups)
  • 12 cup red onion, sliced thin (about 1/2 small onion)

  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine salad greens, fresh raspberries, onion, and dates.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Just before serving pour dressing over salad and gently toss; garnish with cheese and walnuts.
