Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 12 cup ground flax seeds
  • 14 cup pumpkin seeds (or nuts or fruit of your choice)
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 14 cup agave nectar
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon maple extract (or vanilla extract)

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together and stir into dry.
  3. Press into buttered (oiled) 8X8 square pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
