  1. Mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar and cr.
  2. pepper.
  3. Microwave on med power until warm.
  4. Stir to dissolve brown sugar.
  5. Add melted butter.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Serve in individual ramekins along side a grilled steak.
  8. If serving to guests and for a nicer presentation, use clarified butter.
