Steak Marinade
"This is a wonderful marinade for steak. I use it for making kabobs. I also marinate the veggies in it before grilling."

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup red wine
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 garlic clove, Crushed
directions
- Mix all ingredients. Add steak, I use sirloin. Marinade steak 2 hours or over night. Grill and enjoy.

I just loved this marinade. I used a merlot and two large cloves of garlic because I love garlic! So simple and it made terrific kabobs. Thanks for posting!
