- 475 ml tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ceyenne pepper
directions
- Mix altogether.
- Marinate steaks.
- Grill and baste with remaining sauce.
