Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb beef, top sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch strips
  • 14 teaspoon onion salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 12 ounces fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 34 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 13 cup chopped green onion
  • 13 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons salsa, sauce
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Directions

  1. Sprinkle steak with onion salt and pepper.
  2. Grill steak until meat reaches desired doneness.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the spinach, green pepper, tomatoes and onions.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make dressing.
  5. Slice steak against the grain and arrange over salad.
  6. Drizzle with dressing.
