I was quite pleased overall with this seasoning. I used this on a tenderloin steak, and rubbed it in and then wrapped up and left in the fridge until ready to grill. You should keep a watch on your steak, because the sugar in this does tend to blacken quickly. Thnx for sharing your recipe, Momma. Made for My-3-Chefs.

Let's see not much about me :) I have four kids, 3 girls and a boy, so there is alot of screaming in my house. They are all young so I am very busy. During college I went to Culinary school and loved to cook and experiment my whole life. Food is really a passion of mine. Sadly, I married a guy who would rather eat Hamburger Helper (cheesy enchilada is his favorite), and I am also on a budget so I have to work with less glamourous ingredients than I would like but hey... its a growing experience. i am a stay at home mom and I homeschool my kids so they are very helpful in the kitchen at very young ages, which can be infuriating at times. All in all pretty normal midwestern home I suppose. Oh yeah except that my friends call me the tattoed- freaky haired lady with all the children :) you are only as young as you think you are :)
