Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, 1 tsp vegetable oil, and 1/2 tsp salt.
  2. Place on a cookie sheet and broil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and rest.
  3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, prepared mustard, and 3 TBSP A1.
  4. In a large soup pot, brown turkey in 2 TBSP vegetable oil Add onions and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes.
  5. Add potatoes and water. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add cream, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and A1 Steak Sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
  7. Add fresh spinach and parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add shredded cheese before serving.
