  1. In medium bowl, cream together room temperature butter and parmesan cheese. With garlic press, squeeze the garlic into mixture. Add the Italian parsley and incorporate well.
  2. Just before grilling or pan-searing, smear, one tablespoon at a time on to each side of meat. There may be extra; you can place in a small bowl; the remainder can be brought to the table for others to spread on their steaks, if desired.
