  • Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream of rice cereal, brown sugar and ground anise.
  • Coat beef with cream of rice mixture.
  • Place meat in a bowl; place bowl in steamer.
  • Steam 2 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve hot.
  • Note: I have no idea how many this serves so I'm guessing maybe 6 as part of a chinese meal.
