  • Peel and slice carrots into coins.
  • Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
  • Bring water to boil.
  • Place cut carrot coins into steamer basket.
  • Cover with lid and steam for 8 to 12 minutes.
  • Drain water and enjoy!
