Steamed Cauliflower in the Buff

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
directions
- Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket.
- Bring water to boil.
- Cut cauliflower into florets and place into steamer basket.
- Cover with lid and steam for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Drain water and enjoy!
