- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 12 egg whites
- 2 granny smith apples, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
directions
- Combine all ingredients, mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into nonstick muffin pans. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. For bread pan, cook at 375 for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Store in ziplock bags or Tupperware in refrigerator.
