Great tasting dish. I bought some Costco breaded chicken patties that I've been trying to use up so I've tried a couple different (yet very similair) recipes on Zaar... none as good as this one. The time for pre-cooking the patties was perfect & the extra spices added great flavours. I used a home-made sauce (with spices) so I cut the recipe spices in 1/2. I also cut the serving in 1/2 & found it would feed 4 in our household. Didn't have provolone so I used mozza. Very easy & tasty meal, thanks for sharing.
