Steve's Ghetto Chicken Parm

"This is DH's lazy chicken parm recipe. It is too easy to be so good. I make an awesome chicken parm but sometimes I just really crave this recipe. This particular recipe serves 4 but it is just as quick and easy to make for 1 or 10. Hope you enjoy!"

  1. really not a good imitation when the chicken is pressed. Didn't like the sauce either. Guess we are just too spoiled with the real thing.

  2. My family loved it. I didn't care for it, but I think my taste are a lot more sophisticated. It was very easy to make.

  3. This is great and simple to throw together. Used Mozz instead of Provolone because it is what I had on hand... Since it was shredded, I didn't really measure, just sort of overed it. Didn't measure spices either, just did it to taste. Thanks for an easily tweakable weeknight meal.

  4. Great tasting dish. I bought some Costco breaded chicken patties that I've been trying to use up so I've tried a couple different (yet very similair) recipes on Zaar... none as good as this one. The time for pre-cooking the patties was perfect & the extra spices added great flavours. I used a home-made sauce (with spices) so I cut the recipe spices in 1/2. I also cut the serving in 1/2 & found it would feed 4 in our household. Didn't have provolone so I used mozza. Very easy & tasty meal, thanks for sharing.

  5. Awesome and easy...love the name!
