  • In large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add garlic, onions, and ginger, mix will.arrange the chicken in a glass dish and cover with marinade to coat --
  • Refrigerate the chicken overnight, stirring occasionally --
  • Pour the chicken and marindae in a large skillet or wok.
  • Cook over medium heat until the liquid evaporates and forms a sticky coating on the chicken.approximately 45 minutes.
  • do not overcook -- or meat will fall off the bones.
  • Serve hot or room temperature.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
