  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place wings in a 13 x 9 baking dish lined with aluminum foil for easy clean-up. In a bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic. Pour over chicken wings. Cover dish. Bake for 45 mins COVERED, turning wings every 15 mins, then bake UNCOVERED 45 mins, turning every 15 minutes.
