  1. YUMMY EVELYN! I halved the recipe to use with 3 bone in chicken breasts. They cooked in exactly one hour. I sprinkled the breasts with some toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.<br/>It was so sinmple, easy and delicious...definitely a keeper!! Thanks!!

  2. Everyone really enjoyed this. I used dried ginger as I was out of fresh but otherwise made it as written. I marinated frozen drumsticks for about 8 hours, then grilled them on the bbq. I boiled up the marinade, thickened it with a cornstarch slurry and brushed it on the chicken as it was grilling. Served with brown rice and salad. Yum! Thanks Evelyn..

  5. We liked these chicken breasts a lot. I used 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts. I also used 1/8 teaspoon dried ground ginger. I cooked the chicken for 30 minutes which was too long so they were a little dry. Next time I will check them at 20-25 minutes.

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
