Sticky Date Pudding With the Silkiest Butterscotch Sauce

“The English know this as Sticky toffee pudding, but 'down undah' it is fondly referred to as Sticky date pudding, coz the Aussies like to keep it simple (fairy bread anyone?). This is one of my favourite desserts and I made it especially for my dad while he's visiting - it's his favourite. Try it and let me know if it reminds you of floating on a cloud, relishing butterscotch showers, with angels strumming harps in the background.”
