Questions & Replies

  1. The garlic is divided into one clove and four cloves and the minced ginger is not mentioned in the directions. Can you clarify?

  1. If you make it double the sauce and add 1/4 cup brown sugar. Only use 2/3 of the sauce to toss the chicken before baking and bake for an additional 5 min. Add 1/4 cup more honey to remaining sauce and in the last 2 min pour the rest of the sauce on and crank it up to broil. Had it with steamed rice and broccoli.

  2. Tasty sauce, and the wings baked up beautifully. I agree with another review that doubled the sauce and brushed the extra on at the end. There wasn’t enough flavor when spread over 3 pounds of wings

  3. Excellent! I doubled the sauce to brush more on after baking. Deliciously sweet, spicy, and sticky!

  4. Delicious and easy to make. Subtle flavors that go well together. We doubled the recipe and it worked fine. The only thing I might do different is to let the wings marinade in the sauce a little while to intensify the flavor.

  5. Oh my this is good! I couldn't wait to try this recipe and I wasn't disapointed! All the ingredients blend well together. Love the sesame seeds on these wings. I used 2 cloves of garlic it was just right for us. Mine baked up in 30 minutes. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will be making this again soon for a family gathering coming up soon.
