Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add garlic and pepper flakes, and tumeric, stir constantly for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and ginger, stir fry for two minutes.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and bring to boil.
  5. Add remaining ingredients stir well, heat through.
  6. Serve over rice or pasta.
