Directions

  1. In a large steamer, cook the sweet potatoes for 12 minutes or until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the sesame and vegetable oil over moderate heat.
  3. Add the garlic, scallions and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes or until the scallions are tender.
  4. Add the sweet potatoes and toss until well coated and cooked through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
