- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
directions
- Cube chicken and toss in bag with cornstarch.
- Add soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Toss well and refrigerate 1/2 hour.
- Cook chicken in wok. Remove from wok.
- Add oil to wok and cook vegetables until tender.
- Add water and bouillon. Stir well.
- Add chicken, cook until hot and bubbley.
