Stir Fry Sauce

"I found this recipe on the back of a bag of fresh stir fry vegetables and just loved it, so I thought I'd share. The ingredients are staples in my pantry, so this is a great recipe when I need a quick fix to add some flavor to veggies."

  • Whisk chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in small bowl until cornstarch dissolves.
  • Add to tender-crisp vegetables and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Cook until sauce thickens, about 1 minute.

  1. For specialbekah -- if it's too salty for you then use low sodium broth & low sodium soy sauce DAH
     
  2. Way, WAY too salty. I made it then had to adjust by adding water and a little more sugar to make it not so stinking salty!
