A wonderful tea... I have been feeling realllllly blech! today (stomach flu???) and came across this recipe. OMG, this is a life saver! I did add a bit more honey and definitely included the ginger- due to it's awesome healing properties. This "tea" was really soothing and calming for my angry tummy. Thanks so much for sharing, Rita! I am about to make another cup before bed!

DH had a very upset tummy last night. I made this using ground ginger, which worked out fine. When I make it again I will use fresh lemon slices instead of lemon juice. DH said this was very comforting and did just the trick. This might be a great recipe for pregnant women who suffer from morning sickness. Ginger has a very soothing quality.
