Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (6 ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 12 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 13 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare a 13x9-inch baking pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly over bottom of the pan; set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened; set aside.
  5. Place chicken pieces over dry stuffing mix in baking pan.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream and vegetables.
  7. Spoon over chicken.
  8. Top with the prepared stuffing.
  9. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
