"I received this recipe from a Weight Watchers forum and then tweaked it to make it more of my own and to include more veggies. It is always a hit and I frequently get asked for the recipe."

 • Gently blend the hamburger and sausage in a mixing bowl. Form a well in the meat and then add the stuffing followed by all ingredients EXCEPT ketchup. Do NOT drain tomatoes. Mix well and form into a meatloaf shape in baking pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until nearly done and edges are getting crispy. Remove from oven and top with ketchup. Return to oven for additional 10-15 minutes. Allow to rest 5 - 10 minutes, slice and enjoy.
 • This is also great cooked in muffin tins. Not only do you have individual sized meatloaves, with everyone getting crispy edges, they freeze great when the craving for "just a little meatloaf" hits.

I love to cook and experiment with new ingredients. My idea of a good time, is to sit and read a new cookbook! My favorite cookbooks are ones written by real cooks, and not a test kitchen.
I am a guess and by golly cook, meaning, I have a tendency to throw things together. A dish that I am probably known for is Rouladen, made with venison. Cooking is my passion.
My other passion would be my dogs and spending time at the lake with my husband.
