- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 pint strawberry, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- almonds (optional)
- 1 shallot, sliced

Simple Strawberry Dressing
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
directions
- 1) In a large bowl place spinach, strawberries, avocado, shallots and almonds.
- 2) Mix dressing and pour over salad.
