Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Smoothie

“This can easily be adapted to whatever you have on hand. Substitute milk for juice, or peaches and raspberries for the strawberries and bananas. I purposly don't add sweeteners, because the juice is naturally sweet, but also because I like the tartness of the fruit. Yummy for those of you who need energy in the morning, but hate eating breakfast (like me!).”

  • 170.09 g container yogurt (whatever flavor tickles your fancy)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 3-4 large strawberries, sliced
  • 118.29 ml juice (I like pomegranate)
  • 2.46 ml orange zest
