Strawberry Cake

"This recipe has been in my family for years. It is a very moist and delicious cake. You can use frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries that you just mash up. My kids eat this up in just one day. They eat it after dinner and then they all take pieces home for later. I hope ya'll enjoy it as well."

  1. I had this recipe almost 35 years ago and was delighted to find one so similar. The only difference is my original recipe used a yellow cake mix. This makes a delicious, moist cake. If you're a lover of strawberries, you must try this. Superb!!

I work in an office and I love my job. I love to go to the show and I love collecting cookbooks and looking on recipezaar for new ideas. My favorite cookbooks are Paula Dean's books. I love watching her show. My cabbage casserole is what everyone always asks me to make.
