Ingredients Nutrition

  • 32 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
  • 3 12 tablespoons butter or 3 12 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 13 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 8 strawberries, halved


  1. Mix the wafer crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar in a small bowl with fork. Press firmly onto bottom of a foil-lined 8" square pan. Carefully spread jam over the crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; spoon over crust.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Cut into 16 squares. Top each square with strawberry half. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator. Enjoy!
