  • combine crumbs sugar and butter press into ungreased 13x9x2 refrigerate 15 minutes. in mixing bowl beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. whisk in 1 cup cool whip. spread over prepared crust. in a large bowl dissolve jello into bioling water. whisk in yogurt and 6 cups cool whip until blended pour over cream cheese layer refrigerate 1 hour. spread cool whip over strawberry layer. cover and refrigerate overnight. just before serving combine topping ingredients sprinkle over cool whip.

  3. WOW! Hubby devoured this and it was fun to make. I'm glad I read through the directions before making it as there is absolutely NO MENTION of COOL WHIP in the ingredients and if I had started making it w/o reading it through, I would have been upset as I didn't have any cool whip (Got a ton of it right before I started!) Recipe could be a little clearer but it turned out great. Will make it a lot in the future! Made for PAC '10.
