- 8 inches shortcakes, loaf
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1⁄4 cup strawberry syrup
- 7 large strawberries
- 3 -5 tablespoons strawberry syrup (to garnish) (optional)
directions
- Mix whipping cream with diced strawberries & strawberry syrup.
- Slice shortcake into 3/4 inch slices.
- Top with whipped cream mixture.
- Garnish with mint & strawberry syrup.
