  1. With mixer, blend together cream cheese, sweetener and berries for 1 minute on medium speed.
  2. Scrape bowl and add ricotta cheese.
  3. Mix 1 minute more to blend completely. Chill for an hour.
  4. Spoon into serving dish, layering in strawberries.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
