  1. Layer strawberries on bottom of pie crust.
  2. In medium saucepan heat water, sugar and cornstarch.
  3. Stir and cook until thick.
  4. Add Jell-O.
  5. Pour heated mixture over strawberries and crust.
  6. Refrigerate until set (3-4 hours).
  7. Top with Cool Whip and serve chilled.
