  • 1 (510 g) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 package philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 (725 ml) containercool whip strawberry whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Press cookie dough firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Stir in whipped topping; spread onto crust. Top with strawberries.
  3. Serve immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover in refrigerator.
  4. VARIATION: Prepare as directed, using store-bought prepared flan instead of the baked cookie crust.
  5. JAZZ IT UP: Prepare as directed; drizzle with melted chocolate. Let stand until set.
