Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs strawberries, cleaned and sliced
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (1 - 8oz low fat and 1 - 8oz reg)
  • 12 cup Splenda sugar substitute
  • 14 cup sugar free strawberry jam (or more)
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip Lite, thawed (or 2 - 8oz)
  • 12 teaspoon almond extract (can use vanilla extract)
  • inch low fat grahm cracker pie crust (2 pie crusts)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl place the 2 packs of cream cheese, jam, splenda and extract. Beat on low until well mixed. Fold in cool whip until well blended. Fold in cleaned and sliced berries.
  2. Place pie mixture into grahm cracker crusts. Garnish with a few berries and refrigerate until ready to eat.
