  1. A friend gave me this recipe before but with no cool whip. Just layer the cream cheese and slices of banans and strawberries with a spriknle of sugar. I will have to try it with the cool whip.

  2. I tried to post a photo for the recipes but the '"'powers that be''" will not let it be posted on the recipes. So I will not do any post of photo here, no recognition for it. It is a very easy and tasty dessert! I too have always thought that fruit pizza must be a lot of work, since it tastes so good. My stoneware pizza pan is about 17X19 inches. It is a very large dessert pizza. AND SO GOOD TOO !!!

  3. Wow...forgot the stars last time. This is a very easy and tasty dessert! I have always thought that fruit pizza must be a lot of work, since it tastes so good. Not so! My granddaughters had a wonderful time helping me make this pizza. I used Recipe #342229 for the cookie crust instead of a prepared cookie dough from the grocery. This makes a very large dessert pizza. My stoneware pizza pan is about 15 inches in diameter. Made for Fall PAC 2012.

I am married, with no children. We wish that was different but I guess it wasn't meant to be, We do have an adorable rescue dog, an adult Shitzu-Poodle mix. We also get to spend time with our nieces and nephews (when they're not too busy haha!) My husband is a great guy, I can't imagine life without him. He works works very long hours. He is the best guinea pig, he enjoys trying all the recipes I make and loves leftovers. I am a self-taught cook, my mother wouldn't let us in the kitchen while she was cooking when I was growing up...it was her domain. I enjoy making people happy with the foods I have prepared for them. This cooking site is the one I use most often. Thanks to all of the great cooks who have posted their recipes here!
