Directions

  1. Mix sugar and water in a blender until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add strawberries and juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Cover and freeze 3 hours and stir well.
  5. Cover and freeze 5 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes.
  7. Scrape mixture with a fork until fluffy.
