  1. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar and salt, beating until completely blended.
  3. Bring 5 cp.
  4. milk to a boil.
  5. Add hot milk slowly to egg mixture, beating constantly.
  6. Add evaporated and condensed milk and vanilla.
  7. Add crushed fruit with its juice.
  8. Let cool in refrigerator or freezer.
  9. Pour into a 4 quart ice cream container.
  10. Freeze according to freezer direction.
