Strawberry Jello Delight

ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup Cool Whip
directions
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add frozen strawberries to jello and stir until partially thickened.
- Stir 1/2 cup juice into cool whip.
- Divide into 4 dessert cups.
- Top with strawberry mixture.
- Top with additional cool whip, if desired.
- Chill 1/2 hour.

<p>I live in the Home of Sliced Bread. My little town in Missouri is where the first loaf of bread was sliced by machine, many years ago. <br /><br /><br />My favorite cookbook is recipezaar. I used to collect cookbooks, but I've given away all but my most cherished ones which belonged to my Grandma. I shop at an Amish community for my dry goods as much as possible.
