Strawberry Lemonade

"Very refreshing summer hit. Got this recipe from a friend who used a combo of fruits to make fruit punch lemonade. The main recipe called for strawberries and I use fresh lemons. Use whatever you have on hand or the easiest."

  1. Awesome! Love the strawberry purée...this was a huge hit with our 4th of July party guests!

  2. I made it with realemon juice and came out fine. the kids wanted a strawberry lemonade freeze so we mixed it with ice. dad put to much ice in so it was a little water down but they did not care. i mixed 1/2 freeze and 1/2 regular and it came out just fine. my 7 and 10 year old made the whole thing with supervision from dad. it was fun and we completed a cub scout elective by doing it together.

  3. This was very tart. Part of my problem was also that I couldn't puree the strawberries, so the seeds were a little annoying. We added more sugar and it made it more tasty.

  4. Great taste & easy to make! Wil definately make again.

  5. Great lemonade... I did not add a full cup of sugar since my strawberries were very sweet and ripe. I did strain it since I did not want a lot of the pulp or seeds in my drink... Next time I will add more lemon juice since it was quite sweet for our tastes and I would have liked it to be more tart... Will make this often as long as I have ripe berries available!!!
