  • 1 (18 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
  • 1 (18 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs (Divided)
  • 23 cup vegetable oil (Divided)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 -4 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. In another medium bowl, mix lemon cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup vegetable oil until well combined.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls into baking pan.
  6. Press batter until even with hand.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minute or until just set (DO NOT OVER COOK).
  8. In a small bowl, add lemon juice to powdered sugar to make glaze. It should be thick, yet pourable. Add more sugar or lemon juice to achieve desired consistency.
  9. Pour glaze over brownies while still hot; evenly to all sides.
  10. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
