- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
- 2 1⁄2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Combine strawberries, marshmallows and pecans in a bowl.
- In mixer bowl, whip cream and vanilla until thickened to soft peaks.
- Fold cream into strawberry mixture.
- Spoon into dessert dishes and chill.
