  • 12 banana (frozen and cut into chunks)
  • 12-23 cup low fat vanilla soymilk (tastes best, or low fat milk instead)
  • 4 -5 strawberries (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 (1 g) package stevia (or other sweetener equal to 1/2 tsp)

Directions

  1. Pour milk, orange juice and sweetener into blender.
  2. Add frozen fruits.
  3. Blend until smooth.
