  1. Crust: Mix first four ingredients well. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
  2. Filling: Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, cornstartch, salt and water in a saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil until mixture is white and clear. Then add strawberry jello into hot mixture. Let cool. Add fresh strawberries, pour into deep dish. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Serve with whipped cream.
