Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 large eggs
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter (original recipe calls for 3 tablespoons, I have reduced it as there was butter still standing when i) or 2 tablespoons margarine (original recipe calls for 3 tablespoons, I have reduced it as there was butter still standing when i)
  • Topping
  • 3 cups quartered and stemmed strawberries
  • 13 cup honey
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, flour and milk; mix until blended.
  3. Heat 9" pie dish in oven 2-3 minutes or until butter melts.
  4. Immediately pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden brown. Be sure to put on the top rack in the middle of your oven so it has room to "puff up.".
  6. Transfer pancake to serving platter.
  7. In medium bowl, combine strawberries and honey; toss to combine.
  8. Spoon mixture onto center of pancake.
  9. Top with whipped cream.
  10. Grated chocolate or cinnamon can be added on top of the whipped cream if desired.
