Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Toss rhubarb with strawberries, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of the flour in large bowl, Place in ungreased 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar and the remaining 2 tablespoons flour in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cereal; stir until well blended,. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and rhubarb is tender.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
