  1. sift flour and baking powder. Rub shortening through flour. Dissolve salt and sugar in milk and eggs. Add liquid ingredients till dough is formed. Roll out, cut and bake at 450F until golden. Cool and cut in half.
  2. Whip cream and add sugar and vanilla to taste. Make a strawberry puree and spread it onto the biscuit halves. Pipe the whipped cream onto biscuits and layer with sliced strawberries.
