  1. Beat the custard ingredients in a bowl til well combined.
  2. Glaze:.
  3. Cook the ingredients except strawberries in a saucepan on med heat until thick.
  4. Let it cool and then add your strawberries.
  5. Cut your angel food cake into med squares and layer cake, glaze, custard.
  6. Ending with the custard layer looks best.
  7. Top with your whole strawberries (I fan mine) and a few mint leaves.
